Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic BPO Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, providing product/service information, answering queries, and generating leads or sales to meet company targets. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers as per the given list. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions. Explain products and services effectively to customers. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve issues. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in the database. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call targets. Generate leads, set appointments, or close sales based on the campaign requirements. Handle customer objections and provide convincing answers. Coordinate with other departments for timely resolution of customer queries.
